List of Ingredients
3 or 4 pkgs. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (from dairy case, use
the small sized biscuit)
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large Ziploc bag
Recipe
Open the biscuits and cut each biscuit into four pieces (use a little
extra sugar if they stick to your scissors)
Put the sugar and cinnamon in the zip lock bag. Add the pieces of
biscuits and shake to dredge each section. As you coat them dump them
into a bundt, tube or angel food cake pan.
Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil,
stirring constantly. Pour over the top on the dredged biscuits.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and invert.
Optional: walnut or pecan pieces.
