    Chocolate Raspberry Swirled Brownies

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 can (16 ounces) chocolate syrup
    4 eggs
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup raspberry preserves
    1 cup unsweetened raspberries
    Whipped cream, fresh raspberries and mint, optional

    Recipe



    Step 1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

    Step 2. Add chocolate syrup and eggs; mix well.

    Step 3. Add flour and mix well.

    Step 4. Beat cream cheese and preserves until smooth.

    Step 5. Gently stir in raspberries.

    Step 6. Fold into the batter.

    Step 7. Spread on a greased 10 by 15 inch cookie sheet.

    Step 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until

    Brownies test done.

    Step 9. Cool.

    Step 10. Cut into 2-1/2-inch diamonds.

    Step 11. Garnish with whipped cream, raspberries and mint if desired.
