Cream Cheese Filled Strawberry Brownies

List of Ingredients




1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13" pan.

Combine butter and sugar.

Add vanilla extract and eggs.

Add dry ingredients.

Spread in a prepared pan.

Bake 25-30 mins.

Cool.

Filling

2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. confectionary sugar
2 c. whipped cream

Combine cream cheese and confectioners sugar.

Fold in whipped cream, and spread over brownies.


Glaze

1 1/2 lbs. fresh strawberries, chopped
1 18 oz. jar strawberry glaze

Combine strawberries and strawberry glaze, and spread over cream
cheese layer.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
