Double Chocolate Chip Caramel Brownies

List of Ingredients
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
12 caramels
1 T. evaporated milk
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9x13" baking pan.
Melt 1 c. of the chocolate chips and butter in a lg., heavy-duty
saucepan, over low heat.
Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
Add eggs, and stir well.
Add flour, sugar, vanilla, and baking soda. Stir well.
Stir in remaining morsels and nuts.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 18-22 mins., or until wooden pick inserted in center comes
out still slightly sticky.
Remove from oven.
