    Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

    l/2 c. peanut butter chips
    l pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese; softened
    l egg
    l/4 c. sugar
    l pkg. Betty Crocker Supreme Choc. Chunk Brownies
    3 tablespoons water
    l/2 c. veg. oil
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of a l3 x 9 pan. Place peanut
    butter chips in small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high
    for 30 seconds, stir until chips are melted. Stir in cream cheese,
    sugar, and l egg until smooth; set aside.

    Stir brownie mix, water, oil and 2 eggs in medium bowl about 50
    strokes or until well blended. Spread 2/3 of the batter in pan.
    Drop remaining batter by tablespoonfuls onto peanut butter mixture;
    swirl lightly with spatula for marbled design.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of
    pan. Cool completely, about l hour. Cut into bars.

    note: butterscotch chips can be substituted for peanut butter chips
