    8 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 cup butter
    5 eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup strong coffee
    3 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)
    2 cups red raspberries
    1 cup red raspberries.

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Directions:
    1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter, stirring
    occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. 2. In a large bowl
    thoroughly beat the eggs, vanilla, almond extract, salt, coffee, and
    sugar until smooth. Then stir in the chocolate mixture. Now add the
    flour and blend lightly (do not beat). Stir in the nuts. 3. Spread the
    batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. 4. Sprinkle 2
    cups of raspberries over the batter, and press them lightly into the
    top. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, let stand until cool, cut into squares
    and serve topped by the remaining raspberries.
