    Frugal Friends in the Kitchen

    Recipe Introduction

I also keep lots of cookie dough balls in my freezer.
My kids love having fresh cookies when their friends
come over. I like it because the kids are here rather
than who knows where, eating who knows what!

These are my four 'favourite - must haves', but I do
have others. Just tonight I made a triple batch of
shortbread and froze the rolls to slice and bake as
    I want them.

(Made for Bosch mixer -- up to 12 cups flour -- makes
up to 10 dozen 1" cookie balls

I make them in the following order. I can fit one batch of
dough balls on two 13x17 baking sheets. They will freeze
solid while I am mixing the next type of dough.
I do them in the following order so I don't have to wash
    out my mixer between batches.

    GOLDI'S NOTES:

This is a Cookie Plan for the Freezer which Paula has posted several times to Friendly Freezer. Each recipe makes up to 120 or 10 dozen. If your mixer won't handle that many, just cut the recipes in 1/2 so that you don't overwork your mixer.
