    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter -- softened
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 egg
    3 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    3 ounces semisweet chocolate -- melted and cooled
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    6 ounces vanilla almond bark -- melted
    6 ounces chocolate almond bark -- melted

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 375 degrees.
    Beat sugar, butter, vanilla, egg, cream cheese and chocolate in a
    large bowl
    with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in flour,
    baking
    powder and salt.
    Roll half of the dough at a time 1/8" thick on a lightly floured cloth
    covered surface with a cloth covered rolling pin.
    Cut into desired shapes with 2-1/2" cookie cutters. Dip cutters in
    baking
    cocoa if desired.
    Place about 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8-10 minutes or until dry and set. Remove from cookie sheet to
    wire
    rack. Cool completely.
    Dip half of each cookie into melted vanilla coating; drop small dots
    of
    melted chocolate coating on soft vanilla coating. Drag a toothpick
    through
    coatings for marbled design.
    Place on waxed paper. Let stand about 10 minutes or until coating is
    firm.
