    1/2 cup of bitter sweet chocolate melted
    1 stick of butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup of Cognac
    a dash of coffee extract
    a swish or two of rum
    a dash of pure orange juice
    a cup of almonds
    a cup of cocoa powder
    a cup of white melted chocolate

    Recipe



    1.)Mix the following ingredients ( except the white chocolate, the coco powder, and the almonds) in medium size bowl. ( The mixture will then become thick. )
    2.)Then you need your cooking pan ( ready with the wax sheet ). You'll want to use your teaspoon to scoop out teaspoon sizes of the mix. Lay them on the pan. Roll them into balls.
    3.) How ever many you make.. you'll need to try to divide the group by 3. For example if you have 12.. you'll need to divide them into 3 groups, having 4 in each group.
    4.) The first group you need to carefully roll in the coco powder. 5.) The second group you need to again carefully roll in the almonds.
    6.) The third group you need to carefully roll in the melted chocolate. ( Make sure the melted chocolate has cooled down.)
    7.) Lay them again on sheet.
    8.) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
