List of Ingredients




Crust:
2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks oleo or butter,
melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt the oleo; add remaining ingredients. Mix dough
well, then flatten out dough to cover the bottom of pan. Let
it extend a 1/2-inch up the sides. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 10
to 12 minutes.



Recipe



Filling:
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 well beaten eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. lime juice
Mix this well. Pour over baked shell. Bake in 350 degrees
oven for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (on
top) when done. Cut into 1-inch squares when cool.
