    1 small onion(s)
    3 tbsp water
    1/4 cup(s) ketchup
    1/4 cup(s) red wine
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 clove garlic clove(s)
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    3 tbsp water
    3 serving(s) Top Round Fat Trimmed 1 lb raw

    Recipe



    Trim all visible fat from meat; place in slow cooker. In a small bowl,
    combine onion, water, ketchup, wine, mustard, Worcestershire
    sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and
    cook on LOW about 8 hours. Remove meat and slice. Keep meat warm. Turn
    control to HIGH. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into cooker. Cover
    and cook on HIGH 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Serve sauce with
    meat.

    Special Notes

    Note: This recipe calls for 3 pounds of Top Round (a lean roast meat)
    with all visible fat trimmed. If you buy a fattier roast, or don't
    trim all visible fat, the points per serving will likely be higher.
