    2 lb. pkg. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
    8 oz. cubed Velveeta
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste

    Put the potatoes in an ungreased slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the
    remaining ingredients. Pour over the potatoes and mix wwell. cove
    and cook on low for 5 hours.
