Creamy Onion Roast

3 lb roast, trimmed -- up to 4 lbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
Recipe
Put the roast in the crockpot, dump the onion soup on top. Top with
the undiluted creamed soup. Cover and cook on Low for 10-12 hrs.
Remove the meat and keep warm. Mix 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch to 3 Tbsp.
of water. Add to the juices in the pot. Turn on High and cook for
additional 15-20 min.
