    1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
    32 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tbsp. margarine
    Chopped or dehydrated onion, to taste

    Recipe



    Cook beef on stove until all pink is gone, breaking up as it cooks;
    drain off liquid. Put beef, onion and potatoes in crockpot. Stir.
    Mix gravy and boiling water; pour over mixture. Dot with margarine.
    Cook 7 to 9 hours on "low".
