    3 Pounds Boneless, skinless FROZEN chicken
    breasts (I buy the pre-frozen bags)
    2 Cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
    1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Box Stuffing Mix

    Recipe



    Spray crock with cooking spray to keep cheese from burning onto it.
    Place frozen chicken in pot, top with cheddar cheese. Place 1 or 2
    boxes of stuffing mix (complete mix. Croutons & spices) on top of
    chicken. Place undiluted cream soup on top of stuffing. Cover and
    cook on HIGH for 4-5 Hours or LOW for 6-9 hours.
    The spices from stuffing mix along with the salt from the soup
    provide plenty of seasoning for this dish.
    Serve with a salad or side of veggies.
