Garlic Chicken Thighs

1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 head garlic -- separated, and individual cloves peeled
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
Recipe
Season turkey with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a
large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and
brown for about 10 minutes. Place chicken in crockpot
and add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on high for
4-5 hours. Remove garlic cloves before serving.
