List of Ingredients
1 C uncooked wild rice
1 C chopped celery
1 C chopped carrots
8 oz. mushrooms
1 lg onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 C slivered almonds
3 Beef bouillon cubes
2 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 lbs boneless steak, cut in 1-in. cubes
3 C water
Recipe
Place ingredients in order listed in slow cooker (do not stir).
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until rice is tender.
Stir before serving. (12 servings)
