Amish Strawberry Pie

List of Ingredients




1 baked 9" pie shell

3 oz. cream cheese
1 T. confectionary sugar

1 1/2 qts. whole strawberries

Glaze

1 c. sugar
2 T. white Karo
1 c. water
pinch salt
3 T. cornstarch

3 T. Strawberry Jello mix


Recipe



Beat cream cheese with confectionary sugar. Spread carefully over
bottom of baked pie shell.

Arrange cut and sliced berries in shell.

Pour Glaze over the berries.

Cook all ingredients, except Jello.

Mix over med. heat, until thick, then add Jello mix. Mix.

Cool before pouring over berries.
