    Cake
    2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    Cream Cheese Frosting
    3 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon margarine -- softened
    2 teaspoons milk -- up to 3 teaspoons total
    1/4 cup chopped nuts -- optional

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch square baking pan. Beat all ingredients
    together except the Cream Cheese frosting and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
    Beat cake batter on low 30 seconds and then on medium speed for 2
    minutes. Pour cake batter into prepared cake pan. Bake about 30
    minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let
    cool.

    Frosting: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine
    until smooth. Frost cake. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped nuts over cake.

    Makes 1) 9-inch cake.
