    Bisquick Pumpkin Pie

    3/4 c sugar
    2 ea eggs
    2 T margarine
    16 oz can pumpkin
    1/2 c Bisquick Mix
    2 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
    13 oz can evaporated milk
    2 t vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350'F. Grease 9x1/4 inch pie pan.

    Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

    Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean,
    about 45 to 50 minutes.
