Blueberry Glace Pie

List of Ingredients
1 baked 9" pie shell
4 c. blueberries
3/4 c. water
1 T. butter
1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
Dash each salt, cinnamon
1 t. lemon juice
whipped cream for topping
Recipe
Simmer 1 c. of less perfect berries with water for 4 minutes. Mix
sugar and cornstarch; add to cooked berries. Add butter, salt,
cinnamon, and juice; cook until thick and clear. Gently fold whole
berries into cooked mixture and pour into pie shell. Chill; top
with whipped cream.
