1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the
butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla;
mixing well. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking
powder, and salt. Stir into the butter mixture
until blended and smooth. Line muffin tins with
paper or foil liners. Fill each tin 2/3 full with
batter. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until
top springs back when touched lightly.
