Butterscotch Apple Snack Cake

List of Ingredients
3/4 cups vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups chopped apples
6 oz butterscotch morsels
1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Combine the oil, eggs, and sugar in a bowl and beat until well mixed. Stir
in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in the chopped pecans, half
of the butterscotch morsels, and the chipped apples. Spread the batter in a
9" X 13" pan and sprinkle the remaining butterscotch morsels on top. Bake at
350 degrees for one hour.
