    1 cup cream cheese
    1 1/3 cups sugar -- divided
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract -- divided
    4 eggs -- unbeaten & divided
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter
    1 Tablespoon milk
    SOUR CREAM TOPPING
    1 cup sour cream
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Cream the cream cheese with 2/3 cup sugar. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and the
    vanilla.

    Blend in 2 eggs, one at a time, beat well. Set aside.

    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.

    Cream 1.2 cup butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Add dry ingredients; blend well
    with a mixer on low speed.

    turn into a 10" pie pan, at least 2" deep, well greased and lightly floured
    on the bottom. Spread batter over bottom and sides, spreading thinner on
    sides. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter.

    Bake at 325 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven; spread with
    topping. Bake 5 minutes. Chill at least 4 hours.

    To use self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt.
