List of Ingredients




4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 stick butter
1 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips


Recipe



Preheat Oven 375

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and butter.
Add the three eggs one at a time.
Add evaporated milk & vanilla
Add mini chocolate chips

turn out on lightly flowered surface and kneed (I usually add in another 1/4 cup of flower while kneading). Pat into 3/4 inch and cut with round biscuit cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes
