    Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 s cup hershey's cocoa
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    1 cup hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
    1 Tbs vanilla extract

    1 For crust, combine cracker crumbs, granulated sugar and cocoa; stir in melted butter until evenly moistened. Press evenly into a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
    2 For filling, combine chocolate chips and whipping cream in a heavy medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until melted and smooth. Cool just to lukewarm.
    3 Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla on medium speed of mixer until combined. Beat in chocolate mixture. Spoon into crust. Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to 2 days.
    4 Makes 8 servings.
