    1 Stick butter
    2 Beaten eggs
    1 cup Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 Square unsweetened chocolate
    Melted
    2/3 cup Flour
    1 cup Nuts, chopped
    ICING
    1 Tbs Butter
    1/2 Square unsweetened chocolate
    2 tsp Milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1 cup Powdered milk

    Beat eggs, add sugar, then flour and mix well. Add melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. It should look moist and may crack on top.
    ICING: Melt 1 tb butter, 1/2 square unsweetened chocolate. Add 2 tsp. Milk, dash of salt and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour into 1 cup of sifted powdered milk. Mix well and ice cupcakes when they are cool.
