    2 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 cup granulated sugar
    6 large eggs
    1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup heavy cream

    Recipe



    Combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the
    bottom of a 9" spring form pan. (You may want to spray it first with
    vegetable pan spray.)

    In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle, beat the cream cheese and sugar
    until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and scrape the bowl down often. Add
    the vanilla, cream and cinnamon and stir until combined.

    Pour one-third of the batter into the pan, drizzle one third of the melted
    chocolate on the batter and swirl with a toothpick. Repeat this process two
    more times.

    Bake in a pre-heated 325 oven on a cookie sheet with water, approximately 1
    1/2 hours or until the center is firm and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool
    completely before serving.
