    Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

    2 C Chocolate wafer crumbs
    5 Tb Melted butter
    24 Oz Cream Cheese -- Softened
    1 C Sugar
    5 Lg Eggs
    2 Oz Semisweet Chocolate -- Melted
    6 Oz Semisweet Chocolate -- Melted
    1/2 C Sour cream

    Recipe



    Crust: in a medium bowl, mix chocolate wafer crumbs
    and melted butter until well blended. Press into a
    9 inch springform pan.

    Preheat oven to 300F.

    Filling: in a large bowl, beat together cream cheese,
    sugar and eggs at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
    Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
    Stir chocolate into the remaining cream cheese mixture
    until well blended. Drizzle over batter in zigzag
    pattern. Lightly drag a knife through the chocolate
    batter to "swirl".

    Bake cheesecake for 50 minutes and transfer pan to a
    wire rack. Cool completely. Chill for 2 hours in
    refrigerator.

    Frosting: in a small bowl, mix together chocolate and
    sour cream. Spread over cheesecake that has been removed
    from springform pan. Chill until frosting is set.
