    Cinnamon Sour Cream Cake

    3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups granulated sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 8 ounce container dairy sour cream
    4 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups butter, softened
    1 2/3 cups hershey's cinnamon chips, (10-ounce package)
    2 Tbs all-purpose flour
    powdered sugar, optional

    Recipe



    1 Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan. Set aside.
    2 Combine the 3 cups flour, the granulated sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat sour cream, eggs and vanilla with for or wire whisk in medium bowl.
    3 Add butter and sour cream mixture to flour mixture. Beat on low speed of mixer until well mixed; beat 2 minutes on high speed. (Batter will be thick.) Stir together cinnamon chips and the 2 tablespoons flour until chips are coated; gently stir into batter. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    4 Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until browned and wooden pick inserted in thickest part comes out dean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Invert onto serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
    5 Makes 12 to 16 servings.
