    CAKE
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 1/4 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    CRUMB TOPPING
    3 3/4 cups flour
    3/4 cup light brown sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 1/2 cups butter, melted
    SOUR CREAM GLAZE
    1/2 cup + 2 tbs confectioners sugar
    2 tbs sour cream

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 15X10X1 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Dust pan with flour, shake out excess flour. CAKE: Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat according to package directions. Pour batter into pan. Bake 20 min. or until done.

    CRUMB TOPPING: Stir together all ingredients in bowl until the mixture is moistened and forms clumps. Remove cake from oven. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Return to oven and bake 15 min. or until crumbs are slightly set. Remove pan, let cool completely.

    SOUR CREAM GLAZE: Whisk together 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and sour cream in a bowl until blended. Dust the top of the cake with the remaining sugar. Then drizzle with the glaze. MAKES 25 SERVINGS.*
