1 package pound cake mix (16 oz)
Cold brewed strong coffee


Recipe



Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package for the 8 x 4" or 9 x 5" loaf

pan, substituting the coffee for the water. Bake as directed. Cool in the pan

for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Loosen the cake from the pan and remove it to
the rack to cool completely. But into slices to serve. Makes 8 servings.
