1/2 cup peanut butter -- plus 2 tablespoons
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 pie crust (9 inch) -- baked
1 jar Marshmallow cream -- large jar


Recipe



Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Spread in the bottom of a baked pie shell. Prepare pudding mix with milk, and add 2 tablespoons peanut butter; mix well. Beat pudding on high with an electric mixer until thick. Pour over peanut butter in pie shell. Refrigerate until set. Right before serving, spread a layer of Marshmallow Cream over top. Cut and serve.

Serves 6.
