1 1/2 cups crushed nilla vanilla wafers
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (4.5 oz)
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream, whipped


Recipe



Mix vanilla wafers, margarine and sugar. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of 9" pie plate. Prepare instant chocolate pudding according to pkg. directions using milk. Pour into large metal bowl. Freeze until crystals form around edges in bowl. Beat partially frozen pudding at medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pie shell. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Allow to stand at room temperature 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
