Recipe
Heat oven to 450°F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450°F. for 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Gradually add melted vanilla chips, beating until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in whipped cream for filling.
Stir hot fudge topping to soften; spread in bottom of cooled baked shell. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over fudge layer.
In medium bowl, combine strawberries, glaze and liqueur; stir gently to coat. Spoon evenly over filling. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
Before serving, pipe or spoon 1/2 cup whipped cream around edge of pie. Garnish with chocolate curls.

Ingredient Info: Strawberry pie glaze is available in jars. It is usually located near the produce section of the grocery store.
Kitchen Tips: If ice cream topping has been in the refrigerator, it will probably be too firm to spread easily. To soften, spoon the topping into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 10 seconds; stir. Add a few more seconds, if necessary. Note: Don't soften too much or it will be difficult to spread the filling on top of the fudge layer. Milk chocolate is softer than semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, so it is easier to make chocolate curls with milk chocolate. Choose a chunky milk chocolate bar and make curls with a vegetable peeler. Transfer and position the curls with a toothpick. (The warmth of your hands can melt the chocolate.)
Make It Special: For a festive pie crust edge, use a canapé cutter in a star, holly leaf or heart shape to cut pastry shapes. Brush the edge of the pie crust with water and slightly overlap the cutouts.
