    Graham Cracker Crumb Crust

    1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup melted margarine or butter

    Recipe



    Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Press into the
    bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23cm) lightly greased pie plate or
    spring-form pan. Bake at 375ºF (190ºC) for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool
    completely before filling. Makes one crust.

    For Spiced Graham Crust just add 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.

    For Lemon Graham Crust just add 1 tablespoon of grated lemon
    rind.

    For Coconut Graham Crust just add 1 1/2 cups of sweetened coconut.

    For Peanut Graham Crust just add 1/2 cup finely crushed peanuts.

    For Chocolate Graham Crust just add 1/4 cup cocoa powder.

    For Pudding Graham Crust just add 1/4 cup of any dry pudding mix
    (butterscotch, pistachio, chocolate, vanilla, etc)
