    1 graham cracker crust
    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz)
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 pkg. lemon instant pudding (3.25 oz)
    2 T. grated lemon peel, optional

    Recipe



    Let cream cheese stand in medium bowl until room temperature then add
    1/2 cup milk and mix cheese and milk together until smooth. Add grated
    lemon peel, if desired. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly
    with rotary beater just until blended, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into
    prepared crust. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Serves 6
