Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

1 graham cracker crust
1 8 oz. cream cheese at room temp. (not non-fat) (I freeze it when it
goes on sale and it does just fine in this recipe)
1 small instant lemon pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 can cherry pie filling (or blueberry, blackberry, etc., the
sweetened and thickened kind. Recipe
beat together crm chs. and milk until all lumps are gone;
beat in pudding mix; pour in pie crust; chill; serve with a spoon of
pie filling on top (or more if you really like cherry pie filling -
yum).
