Mandarin Orange Cake

List of Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges (juice and all)
Frosting:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) nondairy whipped topping
Recipe
Cake: Mix cake mix, baking powder, oil and eggs two
minutes on medium speed. Add Mandarin oranges and juice, mix
by hand to prevent mashing orange sections. Pour into three
8-inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake according to
directions on cake mix box. Cool completely. Spread filling
between layers and on tops and sides. Keep refrigerated.
Butter cream icing can be used and doesn't have to be
refriger-
ated.
Frosting: Mix pudding mix and pineapple with juice
together; fold in topping.
