    1 stick margarine
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 lb. powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Melt 1 stick margarine in a greased and floured 9x13" pan.
    Add 1 yellow cake mix and 1 slightly beaten egg.
    Mix together, and pat into a crust, making the edges about 1/2"
    ligher.
    Cream cream cheese, until smooth. Add 2 eggs and 1 lb. of powdered
    sugar. Pour into unbaked crust.
    Bake at 350, or 325 for glass, for 25 mins.
    The center will fall when removed from the oven.
    May sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top, before baking.
