Peanut Butter Cream Cookie Cake

For The Cake:
1 pkg White Cake Mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups coarsely crushed peanut butter
sandwich cookies
For The Frosting:
1/2 can Vanilla Frosting
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 to 3 tbsp milk

Heat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs at low speed until moistened. Beat for 2 minutes on high speed. Gently fold in the crushed cookies. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely. In a small bowl, combine the frosting, peanut butter, and milk. Beat until smooth. Spread evenly over the cake. Garnish with additional crushed peanut butter cookies, if desired.
