    List of Ingredients




    6 pears, peeled and sliced
    ------------------------------------
    mix the rest and pour over pears and stir gently
    pinch salt
    1T cornstarch
    2t grated lemon peel
    1T lemon juice
    1/4C sugar

    Pour into pie crust

    Top with:
    Topping
    1/4t ground ginger
    1/4C butter
    3/4t nutmeg
    1/2C flour
    1/2C sugar
    1/4t cinnamon

    Bake 450* for 10 mins and 30 mins at 350*


    This last one we had made too much juice and sogged out the crust, still the taste was great.
