    Blanch, peel, pit and slice 4 cups peaches
    3 tbsp Minute Tapioca
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2/3 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Mix well. Distribute over bottom 9" pie shell, dot with butter, cover with top crust.

    Bake @ 425 f. for 10 minutes, then 325 f. for 35 minutes.
