Strawberry Poundcake

4 eggs
2 C. flour
pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 C. sugar
1 C. butter, softened
2/3 C. fresh strawberries, chopped
Recipe
Cream together sugar and butter in a large bowl. Add eggs,
flour and salt mixing well. Add strawberries and vanilla and
continue mixing. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Pour
batter in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until
toothpick comes out clean when pressed in the center of the cake.
