Triple Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

List of Ingredients
12 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz heavy cream
2 pkt sugar free hot cocoa mix
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
6 pkt artificial sweetener (or 8 if you want it
really sweet)
1 env unflavored gelatin
1/2 c boiling water
Recipe
Stir the boiling water into the melted chocolate
and mix well.
Add the gelatin and stir to blend. Set aside to
cool. Whip the
cream and set aside. In another bowl, add the
cream cheese,
sweetener, and cocoa mix. Mix well. When
chocolate/gelatin
mixture is just warm/hot, add it to the cream
cheese mixture and
mix well. Using a hand mixer on low, whip the
cream cheese/
chocolate mixture into the whipped cream. Pour
into a pie plate
and chill for a few hours before serving. Makes
8 servings.
