3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dash salt
1/2 to 1 cups nuts.
Recipe
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed
milk, vanilla, and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts, Cool 10 to 12
minutes. On aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, shape into a smooth ball
then into a football shape. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Place on a
serving plate. Garnish as desired. Store covered at room temperature.
(Garnish with vanilla frosting for lacings and bands)
