    20 pounds ground beef
    4 large onions -- chopped
    4 large green peppers -- chopped
    4 cups diced celery
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 cup spicy brown mustard
    4 cups catsup
    2 cans tomato PASTE -- (12 oz cans)
    4 cans tomato SAUCE -- (15 oz cans)
    6 cups water -- (6 to 8)
    1 cup vinegar
    2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

    Brown the beef and drain (or rinse ) off the fat. Add all
    ingredients; cover & simmer 3-4 hours. Stir often. Makes 12 quarts.

    (TO CAN: For pints- In dial gauge canner: Process 75 min: 11 lb at 0-
    2000 ft., 12 lb at 2001-4000 ft., 13 lb at 4001-6000 ft., 14 lb
    above 6000 ft.

    In a weighted gauge canner: 75 min. at 10 lbs. for 0-1000 ft. and 15
    lbs. above 1000 ft.

    For quarts- In dial gauge canner: Process 90 min: 11 lb at 0-2000
    ft., 12 lb at 2001-4000 ft., 13 lb at 4001-6000 ft., 14 lb above
    6000 ft.

    In a weighted gauge canner: 90 min. at 10 lbs. for 0-1000 ft. and 15
    lbs. above 1000 ft.
