Cheese Noodle Beef Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion -- chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces elbow macaroni -- cooked as directed
8 ounces Velveeta
Recipe
Brown beef and onion and drain off fat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in
tomato and mushroom soups. Stir in cooked noodles. Grate cheese on top. Bake
30 minutes at 350 degrees.

(my note: this tastes very similar to Hamburger Helper's Cheeseburger
Macaroni. I find velveeta difficult to grate and I prefer to cube the
velveeta and mix in with everything else.)
