Chicken Biscuit Casserole

12-14oz Can of white meat chicken
8oz Fat free sour cream
1 can Biscuits
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Skim milk
1 1/2 cups 2% American shredded cheese

preheat oven 350. lightly grease a casserole dish. mix the chicken and sour cream in a small bowl. roll the biscuits out flat with a rolling pin (one at a time) and fill one side of the biscuit with the chicken and sour cream mixture. fold the biscuit to seal and place in casserole dish. when finished place in oven and cook until biscuits are lightly brown (about 15 minutes). mix cream of chicken soup and milk in small bowl. remove casserole and pour mixture evenly over the casserole. replace in the oven for 10 minutes. remove casserole one last time and sprinkle cheese over the casserole. place it in the oven for the cheese to melt. enjoy!
