Chicken Broccoli Casserole with Rice

2 -10 ounce boxes frozen chopped broccoli
5 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup -- (Campbell's 10 oz.)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese -- divided
Recipe
Place frozen broccoli in a colander and run under hot water. Drain
thoroughly. Spread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Top with the cooked rice. Combine chicken, soup, mayo, and 1 cup of
the cheese. Pour over rice. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of
cheese. (The dish will be quite full.) Bake at 350° F. for 30 to
35 minutes or until golden. Watch carefully the last few minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
